Acupuncture needles are about the width of two to three strands of hair and are quite flexible. People are often surprised how little they feel both at insertion and after they are in place. It is not uncommon for patients to become so relaxed, they fall asleep!
Depending on the patient, acupuncture usually takes multiple treatments to see lasting results, but most notice a general relaxation after the first session. Acupuncture can be a great supplemental treatment for many conditions and has been proven to be effective for thousands of years!

I came in due to having upper back pain from my job but Dr. Feiler explained what my true cause of pain was, treatment plan and changes needed to be made.
